Isabela State University as a mature institution maintains a healthy and safe workspace and environment for its constituents. Mechanisms are put in place to ensure that every employee of all backgrounds attain utmost freedom and privileges as free members of a free society. The University organizes bodies that cater to the just resolution of conflicts and the hearing of any forms of grievances from unwanted circumstances. Hence, employees and learners are provided with mechanisms to reach out and establish dialogue with the management, ensuring a safe working atmosphere for all.
Employment Practice
Isabela State University provides utmost care to its employees by ensuring the just remuneration of efforts based on national waging and benefit standards. Just as employees are given due remunerations, they are also allowed to establish work unions and are able to form dialogue with the management. ISU recognizes such importance to foster good working collaborations towards the integrity of organizational operations and services.
